I chose a wallpaper and selected both.

I can’t stand it being behind my Home Screen. How do I change it back to plain/nothing? Yes I’ve tried going back and selecting only Lick Screen.

Take a plain wall photo (your choice of colour) and use that as your Wallpaper.
