Do I still share the same iCloud with my husband if I have my own Apple ID& password

No. iCloud is linked to your Apple ID.

If you want to share an iCloud Storage plan, you can do that but your storage is still linked to your Apple ID and your data is private; only the billing and amount of storage available are affected by sharing a storage plan. See: Share iCloud+ with your family - Apple Support
