My iPhone 6 battery . . . .
iPhone 6 is an outdated iPhone (9 september 2014), > 7 years old, which also affects the battery life. That may be the cause of the problem.
It is no longer possible to have the battery replaced at Apple, see here:
iPhone Battery Replacement - Official Apple Support
You may want to consider switching to a newer type of iPhone.
Check iPhone type -> Settings -> General -> About.
When it is a iPhone 6S you can still replaced the battery.
The battery can be replaced by Apple or an Apple Authorized Service Provider.

Okay, being the original, 6½ year-old battery, it's certainly at the end of its life. You don't need to answer my question regarding its Maximum Capacity %. Have the battery replaced and all will be well:

That your iPhone 6s charges to 100% is irrelevant. That it drains quickly is a common behaviour of a weak, aging battery in need of repkacement.
