My iPhone 6 battery . . . .

iPhone 6 is an outdated iPhone (9 september 2014), > 7 years old, which also affects the battery life. That may be the cause of the problem.

It is no longer possible to have the battery replaced at Apple, see here:

iPhone Battery Replacement - Official Apple Support

You may want to consider switching to a newer type of iPhone.

Check iPhone type -> Settings -> General -> About.

When it is a iPhone 6S you can still replaced the battery.

The battery can be replaced by Apple or an Apple Authorized Service Provider.
