Why is it highlighted?

I’m a new user, and I have a question. As in the picture, why are the circles on the 21st, 23rd and 28th of the month highlighted, and not on the 26th and 27th? I must mention that I had my watch turned off ALL these days. So why are some days highlighted and some not? Does it have something to do with the weekend?

Hi martynafromkoronowo,

On the 21st, 23, and 28th, it appears that your Apple Watch was turned on at some point, but there wasn't enough activity to move the rings. On the 26th and 27th your watch wasn't powered on. There's some information you may find helpful for getting to know the Activity app here: Use the Activity app on your Apple Watch

Cheers.

martynafromkoronowo,

Manually managing data isn't currently supported in the Activity app. If you'd like to share feedback about this, please do so here: Product Feedback within the Apple Watch section.

If you're seeing issues with inaccurate information being reported in your Activity history, please contact Apple Support here: Get Support

Take care!
