Why is the gmail app, playstation app in some sections and some other apps probably not smooth when scrolling or when some web pages load up in safari to generate the interactive images to market the product to people? Is it just iOS or the IOS Betas with bugs? I sure hope IOS 16 fixes it along with software and hardware improvements if that’s the only way.

For the Safari issue, it could be due to the way the website is designed. What happens if you request a desktop version of the site?
Open the Safari browser and navigate to any website.
Once the website loads, click the “aA” icon available in the top corner positioned before the address bar. It opens the website view menu.
From the available options, choose the “Request Desktop Website” option.
For the 3rd party apps, does this only occur in these apps? If so, you may wish to reach out to the app developers for assistance: How to contact an app developer
