my iphone 7 says that the sim card is not valid , please help me solve this problem.

Only the carrier it is locked to can unlock it. Contact them.

as noted, your phone is carrier locked. This has nothing to do with Apple. You need to contact the carrier and ask them to unlock your phone. Where did you get this phone?
