Hi !
I Canceled the subscription for Picarts app , but Now I received the same bill from apple . I really don’t know what to do . Please can you help me ?

How did you cancel it exactly? What did you do? Did you do so more than 24 hours before it was set to expire?
Did you follow the steps here: link-> How to cancel a subscription from Apple - Apple Support
Note, that deleting the App from a device, does not in itself cancel any associated subscriptions.
