Watch-ICloud-New Phone? Help?

I am trying to connect my watch to my new phone. I have tried everything recommended online. When I pair it, my daughter's iCloud comes up instead of mine. Her iCloud acct. has never been on my watch. Nothing is set on her iCloud. She is part of our family sharing, but nothing is logged onto her except her phone. I see hundreds of thousands of complaints about this...but, no solution.
