PayPal does not provide security code

I am having exactly the same issue.

man’s yes I started exactly following the instructions to create a child account via family sharing.

when I get to parental consent it says they sent a verification code to @@number@@ instead of putting the phone number there that’s stored on PayPal account and billing address details.

dont know what to do to get the verification code..

any tips?

thank you for the quick reply - but this is not an issue of TFA (I have it set up and it works) - this is a verification of the family organizer payment method I believe.
