Convert FCPX to Premiere Pro

I work with a friend on a videoproject. Now, I have edited the project in FCPX with FCPX and I need to forward this project so that my colleague can make small adjustments and changes. How can I convert my FCP project to an Adobe Premiere Pro file?

Color grading and titles won’t be transferred correctly - if at all.

The app works for basic transfer of projects very well, but FCP specific things like color grading and titles (or generators, filters, transitions) can only be translated if there is a similar matching effect in PPro.

Another option is to try the free version of Da Vinci Resolve.

Okay thank you very much! So there isn‘t a free Option?
And with this Software… are there any downsides? So for example the Color Grading is damaged or the Titles or something like that?

Not as far as I know.

I haven't used XtoCC, because I don't have Premiere, so I can offer no first hand experience, but the Intelligent Assistance guys are very good.

That said, since the NLE are very different, there can't be a guarantee of 100% perfect translation in all cases.

You may want to also ask about this in the forum at fcp.co

There are very knowledgeable people there that may have direct experience with this.
