Hi,
I have an issue, where the Spotify in my apple watch keeps crashing,
have tried to uninstall and install, and reset the watch.
but it still immediately close the apps when I open Spotify.
Does anyone know how to fix it?
Note: I'm using watch series 7.

If you haven't done so yet, make sure your iPhone and Apple Watch are running the latest software versions: Get the latest software updates from Apple. This will ensure that your devices have the latest bug fixes and security enhancements. Also check for app updates.
If they're running the latest software versions already, and Spotify is up to date, reach out to Spotify Support for help with the app.

i have the same error and i could not solve it, Spotify told me that it is not their application if it is not the fault of Apple Watch. so i left like that.. now i use Muisc. :(
