iPhone 12 Pro Max stuck on apple Logo

I woke up this morning with my iPhone saying storage full. I attempted to correct this issue and the screen froze. I hard restarted my phone (volume up, volume down, and holding start button). My phone has been stuck on black screen with the apple logo ever since. I tried to restart a number of times, screen just goes blank and back to the apple logo.

I then tried plugging it into my MacBook, and it couldn’t pick it up or get into recovery mode. I booked it in at apple care in Turkey (where i am currently), they refused to take it in because it is a phone from the USA.

Any suggestions would be welcome! I would love NOT to lose my data, but if i must it wont be a train smash.
