Why has my account been permanently locked by Snapchat with me doing anything wrong . I’m unable to log into my account

also, another persons account cannot be opened on my device. It will be locked within seconds

Yes, it would appear it has been banned by Snapchat.

As stated, Apple has absolutely no control over who or what is banned by Snapchat.
