iPhone xr Safari is slow working on loading websites

It sounds like Safari is slow and not loading websites properly. We'll do our best to assist.

We'd try clearing your history and cookies within the app with these steps: Clear the history and cookies from Safari on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

Settings > Safari, and tap Clear History and Website Data.

Note: Clearing your history, cookies, and browsing data from Safari won't change your AutoFill information.
