Несоответствие Airpods(Airpods Mismatch)

Купил наушники airpods pro после замены кейса.После обнаружил что в приложении локатор Пишет Не соответствие airpods .Обратился в службу поддержки месяц пытались помочь так и не помогли Обратился еще раз ответа так и не получил что делать?Как можно решить данную проблему сброс наушников до заводских не помогает.

Perhaps these are a Faulty Device?

Contact Apple Support back mentioning to them that you think these are faulty. They may have been mismatched when packaged --nothing on your part.
