Turing Off Private Relay:

1. Go Here: About iCloud Private Relay - Apple Support
2. Scroll to: If a website or network doesn’t work with Private Relay
3. As it Reads:

• On your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, you can turn off iCloud Private Relay in Settings > [your name] > iCloud > Private Relay. 
• On your Mac, choose Apple menu  > System Preferences, then click Apple ID. Select iCloud > Private Relay.

The opposite of turning it on:

Settings>[your name]>iCloud>Private Relay... = OFF

Bear in mind that it is still a "beta" version of the feature.
