Why don’t I have the option to turn off my private relay

The private relay option is wonderful and I discouraged disabling it at the cybersecurity level. We have a post about it that I encourage you to read (The blog is in Spanish, sorry):

To disable Private Relay, go to:
Settings -> Apple ID (Your Name) -> iCloud -> Private Relay, then Turn off Private Relay.
Remember Private Relay is only active and available if you subscribe to iCloud + - if the menu is not visible, try closing all apps, and restart your phone. Also, make sure you are connected to either Cellular Data or WiFi.
