Time Machine and power saver settings

I am running Time Machine on my MacBook Pro. I have the default Energy Saver settings, which means display sleeps at 5 minutes and computer sleeps at 10 minutes.

My question is: Do I need to set the Saver settings to “Never” until Time Machine is done? Or will Time Machine prevent the “sleep” and continue working until it’s done?

Thank you for any help!

Time Machine will continue to back up when your mac is not sleeping.
