My first two COVID shots were Pfizer and I chose Moderna as my booster back in November 2021. Why is my booster still not showing up on my digital vaccination card today 3/3/2022?

I already checked with the site where I received the shot & it was submitted. I just want to know if this is an Apple bug issue in the digital card, Government bug in the system somewhere or does it take me back to my source for the booster.

I don’t know if this will work for you, but this is what I did.

I received my booster in August of 2021. All three of the vaccinations were Pfizer. However, my third shot was issued by a different provider than my first two shots which were give to me by my health provider. I struggled for a number of months trying to get the third shot to show up on my Apple Wallet vaccination card. I took a photo of my Covid vaccination card and sent it to my health care provider. They were able to plug the information into their system and I was than able to use the code to add the updated card to my Apple Wallet and into the health app.
