Ford pass app won't work on my IPhone 13 but works on my iPad what is wrong it works on my friend iPhone 13 is there a setting I need to change

Car play not showing in settings My wife’s iPhone SE does not have CarPlay in Settings and it cannot connect with her car. However, if you go to Settings/Screentime/ content privacy restrictions/ allowed apps CarPlay is showing there and it is on. It is all updated to the latest iOS and I cannot explain why this is happening. Any help would be appreciated!

Apple Car Play random disconnect on a wired connection in 2 different vehicles I recently upgraded to IPhone 14Pro. My wired connection to Car Play randomly disconnects on 2 different vehicles. My friends IPhone 13 Pro Max does not disconnect using the same wired connections. What setting requires adjustment to stop this annoying issue?
