My 13 inch MacBook pro 2021 is losing battery power very fast, what could probably go wrong?

The battery can only last for about 2-3hrs, and I'm only using things like office. How I should fix this?

I noticed kernel task is using a lot of CPU, does this related?

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 11.0
