Forwarding 3rd party photo/videos
My relative sent me videos to my new email which is outlook.com but I have not received them and he sent them yesterday why not my phone is IPhone 11

Most email servers will only allow a certain size file. 5 or 10 megs is usually the limit. Make sure your relative is sending file of this size or smaller. If they are smaller than 5 megs and they still aren't coming through, you will need to contact Microsoft about their Outlook email program. Your phone has nothing to do with this.
