Blocked emails
I need to know how to block emails. I have followed all the instructions and I still receive them. They never go to trash and my preferences are correct. Any suggestions?

If you have correctly blocked an email contact but they are still able to send to you without being properly filtered to the trash, further assistance may be needed.
