Hello ~ We need more information…what model iPhone and iOS? Where did you buy it? Are you the original owner. Has someone else been allowed to use your iPhone? Please post back with more info and in the meantime take a look here:

Hello again ~ Read through this information:

View and remove your devices that are associated with Apple ID purchases - Apple Support*

*More about associated devices

You can have ten devices (no more than five computers) associated with your Apple ID for purchases at one time.

When you try to associate a device that was previously associated, you might notice a message that says, "This device is associated with another Apple ID. You cannot associate this device with another Apple ID for [number] days." You might need to wait up to 90 days to associate the device with a different Apple ID.

This list of associated devices is not the same as the list of devices that you're currently signed in to with your Apple ID. You can find out where you're signed in on your Apple ID account page.

These are the phone numbers that are Apple Support and you can be sure these are the correct contact numbers:

If you are the original owner, contact Apple. Apple can remove the ID  if provided the required paperwork to include the original purchase receipt with the serial number on it.

Request additional support for unlocking your device.    -

You used to be able to take the device, the original purchase receipt with the serial number, and a photo ID to the nearest Apple Store (if it has reopened) and have them remove the ID. This may have changed, so call the store before going to make sure they can help.

You have to pay for iCloud storage every month.

See the Apple Support article(s) below.

iCloud storage plans and pricing.  *

Buy more iCloud storage.    *

What happens when you try to upgrade the iCloud storage? Error message(s)?

Some things you can try. Do you have access to another WiFi network where you can try? That has worked for several people.

Try a restart.

Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch    *

Try a forced restart. See the section towards the end of the article.

Reset Device. -

If necessary

Hard reset.     -

Do a backup and try a factory reset. Then restore from your backup.

Restore to Factory setting.      *

Restore - If you see an error when you update or restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod.   *

Backup - Restore your device from an iCloud or iTunes backup.     *

They was trying to convince me to hit transfer and I would not hit transfer and every time I call it don’t seem like I’m talking to Apple agents buy the stuff that they tell me I tell them what’s going on with my phone and they tell me that they sent stuff to the higher tier But these don’t sound like Apple agents that I’ve been speaking with
