Screen Recording and Microsoft Teams or Zoom

When using IOS Screen recording- there is no audio after recording- I have recorded a few times and there is sound but any other time there is no sound? Is there a setting I am doing incorrect? Does the Microphone need to be on or off? Can I use my bluetooth apple earbuds and it record sound? I have an older phone - would this problem be fixed if I got a the new Iphone 13 pro???

It's by design. Since recording any type of call is illegal in most countries unless all parties are notified, sound is blocked in screen recording during any type of call to prevent the illegal recording of calls without notifying the parties involved.

If you want to record the call, use the built in feature from either Teams or Zoom that also notifies everybody else that its being recorded.
