The replacement phone received does not work

I have received a replacement phone (HH6GV26N0D42) January 17th this phone is no longer charging and nothing has happened to it. Did no drop it. it got fully out of battery and when trying to charge it won't take charge even with a brand new charger. it won't turn on.
