cannot send email using cellular data
I'm unable to send email when using cellular data. This issue seems to resolve itself when i'm connected to wifi.

Hi,
Make sure Mail app (or the app you use to send emails) is allowed to use cellular data:
Settings > Cellular > scroll down until you see Mail app (or other) and check if it’s allowed (button turned on green)
