saved passwords will be part of your iPhone backup if you are not using iCloud Keychain.. If you are using iCloud Keychain, all you'd need to do is turn it back on

Yes they do if u chose put the toggle on that it shud and u sign in with ur iCloud account that u did the backup on then yes
