email for apple
I changed an email to another person's apple account, very accidentally, and now trying to change the email back to their original email. Any ideas? Oh, plus I forgot the password to my account.

See If you forgot your Apple ID password - Apple Support (HK) first
Then Change your Apple ID - Apple Support (HK) once you’ve reset your password
or Use your mobile phone number as your Apple ID – Apple Support (AU) if you want to make it a phone number
