When I am talking on my iPhone SE some incoming calls cut off the call I am on

i had a company iPhone SE and with this phone I had a problem with some incoming calls cutting off the call I was currently speaking on. This was totally random. I spoke to Spark the carrier and technical specialists in the iStore. No one could find a reason as to why this was happening. As my phone is crucial for my role the company replaced my phone with another brand new SE. The problem is now worse and if a call comes in it cuts the call I am on off.

we have ensured all of the settings are identical to my wife’s phone. My phone is on the latest IOS version.

I am at my wits end trying to resolve this and would appreciate if someone has any insight into why this is happening. Thank you
