View your puchase history,
Cancel your subscription,
Try to Request a refund.

Go to settings and click on my profile then click onto the subscription page make sure it is has expired or expiring soon, then it should stop the payments going out of you bank Future
pleae remember to cancel it to stop any further payment from going out again
