My Apple Music

I have try to join but they show me how to subscribe to $9.99 have try that but is not working out have deleted my Apple Music twice and download it back still try again. But can’t work out. Pls if there’s another way out Simone show inform me. I need my Apple Music restore.

We do want to determine what might be going on, to help resolve the issue. You mentioned trying to sign up again, but it didn't work.


Did you try to subscribe from another device, or through our online suggestion? Here's the link again if needed:


Join Apple Music on your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, Mac, or PC


Let us know when you try that link from another device. If it still doesn't work, please response back with any specific alert or error code. That will help us narrow down what's going on.
