iPhone is connected to WiFi yet I cannot use apps such as Safari

im connected to WiFi with my iPhone XR. However I cannot use apps such as safari, YouTube, maps and so on. The only apps that works when I’m on WiFi are FB and IG. And everything works just fine when I’m on data. I tried to restart my phone and reset my settings but it still doesn’t work

That sounds like a data traffic problem. Are you running security app or VPN? If so then uninstall them and make sure there is no vpn profile in Settings, General, VPN & Device mgmt
