Does "Copy to Play Order" sync between iTunes for Windows and Apple Music for Android?

Greetings all. I realize, after many searches, that many others have tried to use Copy to Play Order to sync their curated playlists between various versions of iTunes/Music and their devices. I have tried numerous times and ways to get my randomized Smart Playlist from iTunes for Windows to sync with my Apple Music for Android on my phone. Not only does not follow the order of the playlist on the desktop iTunes (after right-clicking and selecting Copy to Playlist) the list is partially alphabetized and contains 2-3 times as many songs.

Is this sync even possible? My Music app, BTW, is fully integrated into iCloud. Thx

Windows, Windows 10

Thanks for visiting the Apple Support Communities, jasn54,

With Apple Music, your content can be synced across devices as long as Sync Library is enabled on all of them. We would recommend ensuring you have this feature enabled in iTunes on your PC using the steps below from Turn on Sync Library with Apple Music - Apple Support. Sync Library is automatically enabled on your Android:

On your PC with iTunes for Windows

In iTunes for Windows, iCloud Music Library isn't turned on by default. To turn on iCloud Music Library:

1. Open iTunes.
2. From the menu bar at the top of your screen, choose Edit > Preferences.
3. Go to the General tab and select iCloud Music Library to turn it on. If you don't subscribe to Apple Music or iTunes Match, you won’t see an option to turn on iCloud Music Library.
4. Click OK.

If you have a large music library, it might take some time to upload and sync your music library across all of your devices.

On other devices

If you subscribe to Apple Music, you can also access your music library — without having to turn on Sync Library — on other devices that support the Apple Music app and on music.apple.com.

While the content of your library should sync across your devices, the order of playlists may not. If you are having additional trouble after ensuring Sync Library is enabled, we would suggest getting in touch with Apple Support directly here: Get Support.

Have a great day.
