Photos of callers are shown in small circle instead of full-screen. How to fix it? I tried to move photo a little bit - didn't work. Thanks.

Hmmm, Looks like I found another way remove the image from the contact and reposition it then go to Settings > phone > incoming call make it full screen

• the first thing you have to do is going to Settings > contact > default account > choose iCloud.
• then go to phone app > Choose the contact and put a picture on it .

edit: I finally managed to set iCloud as a default account. Haven’t helped either
This is really strange, do you call using applications other than the phone or FaceTime. When you try to call , is it in the home screen or in the lock screen?
Both screens, sometimes I use messenger and WhatsApp calls
