Welcome to Apple Support Communities. Thanks for reaching out to us for help with this. This sounds like you are wanting to remove the metadata tags from the photos on your Mac. To do so, open the Photos app then from the top toolbar choose View > Metadata. This will give you a list of all the tags that are enabled, and you should be able to uncheck any that you no longer want showing. More info on this can be found here:
