Find My isn’t LIVE!

I’ve tried everything and I’m the only person I know in my family and friends having this issue.. on my phone find my only refreshes like every 3-4 min. No matter where I am. But everyone else is live. No one seems to have a fix for this. & I have matched all my settings just like everyone else.. I think I might be missing some sort of past update but my phone is saying 15.3.1 sooo idk..
