iPad says Locked to owner
Ipad says locked to owner but its mine and I have had it for 5 years. I dont know the password. How can I reset it?

You will need your Apple ID and Password. Without that information, you cannot get past Activation Lock. This link may help you remember...

Otherwise, we cannot help and Apple will not unless you can provide the original receipt clearly showing the serial number.
