How can I open my Picasa app. I have a new Mac OS Monterey system???

How do you work around PlayMemories Home not working in Big Sur for wireless photo downloads I recently installed Big Sur on my MacBook Pro only to find out Sony PlayMemories app for downloading photos wirelessly is incompatible. What have others done to circumvent this problem? Any ideas?

Picasa is dead. Google killed it off years ago.
