Assistant Editor Option on Xcode not working properly

Hello, I am having trouble with the view controller showing up in assist under editor options in Xcode, it keeps saying "No Assistant Result". Whats the trick?

Final Cut Pro Title Inspector I am trying to animate a “Basic Lower Third” Title in Final Cut Pro 10.3. I am able to access and edit with the text inspector, however when I try to access the Title Inspector it only shows the words “Published Parameters” hide/show without loading any parameters? I have seen this Title (Basic Lower Third) animated in the Title inspector before but can’t remember how they were doing it?
