Not likely. If you go to the Apple online store for Turkey, you will see that this keyboard is not offered.
To get a different keyboard you will probably have to travel to a country where it is sold or buy from a non-Apple source.
The best thing to do is ask a local store. We are not Apple, just users like you. If I had that type question, I'd call the local store and ask them.
