App Store & iTunes Gift card

Hi,

I just bought a iTunes gift card. When I write the code @ AppStore.com/redeem I get an error message that the code is invalid. How can I check what is wrong. I try both way’s scanning and write the code myself

Hello ~ Go ahead and contact Apple Support by going to upper right hand corner and click on Get Support or:

How to Contact Us - Apple

They can walk you through the process or perhaps pinpoint the issue.

Hello again ~ Go to upper right hand corner and click Get Support and where it says “Tell us What’s Happening?” type in gift card support and you should then be able to choose how to proceed. In the other link you should be able to see a phone number to call. Or:
