Siri suggested contacts
If I have erased a suggested contact, can it re appeared as suggested without contacting that number? What are the reasons a name can reappeared in suggested

We would love to help answer your question. If you erased a contact from your contacts app, it can still show up as a suggested contact if there is history on your device of previous or frequent interactions. The contact may also show up if you're previous contact with that person was in a third-party app, such as Messenger. You can find out more about this feature by visiting the link we've provided below.
Siri also suggests new contacts based on your use of other apps, such as email you receive in Mail and invitations you receive in Calendar. (To turn this feature off, go to Settings> Contacts > Siri & Search, then turn off Show Siri Suggestions for Contacts.)
