Empty Files are being downloaded from google drive though there is data in those files

Hi All,

I am trying to take the backup of all my photos and other files from google drive to my seagate hard disk using MAC book pro - safari browser.

Steps followed:

Selected a folder from google drive and downloaded it.

Result:

  • file is zipped first before downloading.
  • it even shows the amount of data while downloading, but when I open the folder once downloaded and check, its empty and shows zero bytes.

Note: No Issues when I used windows laptop.

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 11.5
