PLEASE HELP ME... everytime i unlock my phone it shuts off for 10 minutes then turns on again. once i unlock it again it does the same process. the spinning gear shows up for 5 minutes, the apple logo shows up for 5 minutes, and then my phone turns on. once i unlock it it does the same thing.
Check battery health is more than 80% in Settings, Battery
First try a Forced restart Force restart iPhone – Apple Support (UK)
If no better you should arrange a repair iPhone Repair - Official Apple Support
or Contact - Official Apple Support
Anything other than Screen or Battery may be a replacement phone and the price is in the article under "Other damage"
