In previous versions, when determining miles and routes, I could put in the final destination and after I got the route, I could change from "My Location" to a different specified location to determine miles from there. I don't see that option in 15.1.3

To change "My Location" to find other distances in Apple Maps, when you have the route, before tapping on "Go", you can click on the blue, "My Location". This should allow you to enter a different starting point.
