I want my phone closed when another person face look at the screen

If you wish the phone to be locked, then you would need to either have auto-lock set to immediate, or lock it yourself with the lock button. Just the fact that someone looks at your screen is not going to automatically lock your screen. Once you lock your iPhone, you are the only one that can unlock it, unless you have provided someone with the passcode.
