My iPhone 12 Pro max’s camera just crapped out. Slowly started having issues with certain lens turning on then different modes. Restarting the phone would sometimes fix this but it became more frequent an now today got a message saying the cameras aren’t supported or not genuine? This is a $1500 phone!! I’m not even finished paying it off yet. What kind of crap is this??? Not the kinda of quality we expect from Apple.
Precisely, I literally updated my software to iOS 15 and my telephoto and ultra wide are malfunctioning. I’ve never even opened the phone, it’s not fallen or sustained any impact so this is clearly a software issue. And I can’t take it to anyone that is qualified in my region!
