Hello Nabibjah,


If you see a red exclamation point on your Apple Watch, you'll want to try to force restart it:

1. Press and hold both the side button and Digital Crown for at least 10 seconds.
2. When you see the Apple logo, release both buttons.

If you see a red "!" on your Apple Watch - Apple Support


Should the issue persist, contact Apple Support.
