Hi I cracked the back of my phone and I am wondering if I can get this repaired using my apple care?

If it's AppleCare+, then yes with a deductible. But that will take up an "other damage" with a higher deductible than glass damage. Some of the newer iPhone models with AppleCare+ and newer AppleCare+ terms include back damage at the glass damage deductible.
